Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does it work?
We can either come to you and take the photos in your office, boardroom, etc. Alternatively you can come to us in our studio in Mortlake SW14.
Immediately after the shoot the photo’s will be ready for you to choose your favourites. 3 photos are included in the package. We will ensure that these are all colour corrected and retouched where necessary.
Once you have chosen we edit the images and send them to you on DVD.2. What size files and what format do I get?
You will be provided with both high (300dpi) and low resolution (72dpi) versions of your chosen images. High resolution is suitable for printing whilst the low resolution is for emailing / use on websites / etc.3. What other photography services do you provide?

5. Who are Energy Photographic?
Energy Photographic is owned by Sean Gannon a highly experienced, London based photographer. In addition the company also consists of a team of professional photographers with an array of skillsets and backgrounds. The skillset within the team ensures that we can fulfill not only your headshot requirements but any other photographic requirements.4. What do you mean by retouching?
Basic retouching is included on your chosen images at no extra charge. It would include things like "whitening eyes, brightening teeth, smoothing skin, eliminating blemishes and cleaning up stray hairs."
However it doesn’t include requests such modifying facial features like making your nose smaller. We do amend images in this way, but due to the amount of work involved it is done at an additional rate of £20ph.5. Do I only get one "look?"
No. We’ll shoot as many different looks as you like in the allotted time. This may include using the office as a background, using studio backgrounds or in a meeting situation. It can also include different changes of clothing i.e. more or less formal.6. What should I wear?
What you wear is totally up to you. However you need to consider that these images may be used to present you for some time to come. Therefore it’s best to choose something that is quite plain and won’t date.
You should also consider that the images need to reflect the corporate branding and how you want the organisation to be perceived e.g. headshots for a media company would typically be a lot less formal than a law firm.7. Do you offer discounts for volume bookings?
Yes. If you would like headshots taken for more than 5 people we do offer volume discounts. Please call us on 020 8943 9302 to find out more. The exact proportion of discount would depend on where you are based and how many people you want photographing.
